March. 2, 2020 (Updated Sept. 11, 2020)
At the California Turtle & Tortoise Club (CTTC) - Valley Chapter show, you will find many live turtles and tortoises of various species including babies, exotics and of course Bubba the sulcata, official show greeter who roams the show grounds at will (accompanied by his chaperone). There will also be booths on turtle and tortoise care, conservation and rehabilitation.
In addition to the many displays and animals sponsored by the CTTC-Valley itself, Friends of the Condor and Southwest Herpetologists will also be in attendance with their own booths, displays and information. Also to be present this year is a biologist from the California Fish and Wildlife Department. It is still early, however. Typically many other organizations ultimately attend.
If you'd like to adopt a rescued tortoise, you can learn more at the adoption booth as well as begin the actual adoption process by filling out the application. There will also be a gift shop and a raffle. Please see the show flyer.
